Eager to get the privilege of meeting the former President of India, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Saheb in a programme organized in Hyderabad on 18th June 2008, during his journey from Tatanagar to Hyderabad, I felt like opening an educational Institution in Jamshedpur in the name of Kalam Saheb. After sharing the idea generated with Kalam Saheb with his good wishes, I returned to my city Jamshedpur with joy and laid the foundation of A.P.J.A. Kalam High School, A.P.J.A. Kalam Inter College and Dr. A.P.J.Abdul Kalam Sanskrit Primary-cum-High School at Kalikanagar, Ulidih, Mango on 10 October 2017, sigh satisfaction.
As said by late Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam "A dream is not what you see in your sleep, a dream is what does not let you sleep." thus we at A.P.J.A.Kalam High School teach our children to DREAM.....
A school is always a 'world in miniature' where one receives a 'training for life', where effective, meaningful and joyful learning takes place.
